Dr. Phildra Swagger
Dr. Phildra Swagger is President/CEO of Academy of Certified Coaches. She began her career as a classroom teacher and served as a principal, district administrator, university instructor, and charter school founder over a career that spans 30 years. Dr. Swagger believes everyone should live their best life and serves as a transformational life coach, executive leadership coach and creative business strategist. In 2006, she founded Combined Expertise, Inc. a Coaching Collaborative and after retiring as Vice President of a national non-profit organization, she expanded her coaching services to establish the Academy of Certified Coaches.
Her teaching career began in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg (NC) Public School System, in 1990. In 1995,she relocated to Tampa, Florida to pursue her doctoral studies. While at the University of South Florida, Phildra taught undergraduate and graduate courses in the College of Education and received the 1998 Provost’s Award for Outstanding Teaching by a Graduate Student. Her Ph.D. was conferred by the University of South Florida in December 2000. She later earned a MBA from the University in South Florida in 2015.She is a Certified Personal and Leadership Coach and is currently pursuing advanced level coaching credentials through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Pranati Battaile
Pranati spent several years in active duty military as a Naval Intelligence Officer. She traveled the world, exploring life and all it has to offer. Her Servant Leadership and passion for helping others reach their goals led her to becoming a Certified Speaker, Teacher, Trainer and Coach with The John Maxwell Team as well as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). For the past 15 years, Pranati has served in the Behavioral Health Industry as a Qualified Mental Health Professional. She holds Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, as well as Certifications in Life Coaching, Christian Coaching, Professional Coaching and Mental Health Coaching. In addition, her service in the community, Pranati is a wife, serves in ministry and mentors local teens and adult women in her community and across the globe.
